The CICAE understands the European Arthouse Cinema Day as a capacity-building initiative and to this ends, offers participating cinema to take part in a serie of workshops, the first of them being on Marketing with leading European film communication and marketing agency Alphapanda. Social media marketing for exhibitors and practical tips for European Arthouse Cinema Day 2024
Valentina Neumann and Mathias Noschis from Alphapanda will deliver a workshop session for the exhibitors participating in European Arthouse Cinema Day 2024. Since 2011, Alphapanda has developed an expertise in all areas of film marketing and social media for a variety of films and projects, from Hollywood blockbusters to indie documentaries, from festival darlings to film-related organisations. This session will explore how digital marketing can be used to enhance online visibility and audience engagement for cinema exhibitors and will include practical tips to be implemented in the social media campaign for European Arthouse Cinema Day.

Quentin Bucher CICAE
Quentin is coordinating the European Arthouse Cinema Day for the 2024 edition. Originally from France, he has been working in Berlin for several years. After completing a French-German Masters in European Politics, he has held a number of positions in the film industry. In particular, he was project manager for the Deauville Green Awards festival in 2022, then communications manager for the 2022 and 2023 editions of the French Film Week in Germany, as well as project manager for the German-language cinemas in the Europa Cinemas network. more from the author
